Lunch & Learn: COP 28 Reflections

***This lunch is for current Duke students only.*** Are you curious about what climate negotiations look like on the ground? Eager to learn more about international climate change solutions? Interested in applying for the UNFCCC Climate Change Negotiations Practicum next fall? Then this event is for you! Join the Nicholas Institute for Energy, Environment & Sustainability for a dynamic conversation with Duke students and experts who attended COP28, the UN Climate Change Conference held in Dubai in late 2023. A panel of students and Nicholas Institute experts Jackson Ewing and Ashley Ward will offer brief reflections on COP28. Breakout roundtable discussions will follow the panel. Each table will host students and/or experts ready to answer questions about the on-the-ground experience of attending the conference and key takeaways. Lunch will be provided.
