Insurance Policy

When you buy insurance of any kind, you will receive an insurance policy that typically contains several pages of densely packed printing. It tells you what you are getting coverage for (insuring agreement), what you are not getting coverage for ( exclusions), and any conditions that apply to the coverage. If you have a loss and you need to make a claim, the policy language will become crucial. If you read nothing else in the policy, you should at least look at the declaration page, the exclusions, and the conditions.
